The setting in this book is a Christian School, also the Tuohy hosehold where Michael is staying. Also you could say the Ghettos is the setting.
These places contribute to the story because if the book took place in any other places the story wouldnt make sence and it would be much different. So these settings contribute to the story a bunch.
